What is it?
The parish plan forum historically has been a support mechanism for the development of parish plans in the district.
Somewhere where groups in the process of developing their plans can come together to discuss issues.
A lot of parish plans are due to be refreshed and this process is currently being finalised by GRCC.
Who runs it?
It is coordinated by Kate Baugh, the Forest of Dean Rural Advisor for Gloucestershire Rural Community Council (GRCC)
The LSP Board is funding activity to review the parish plan forum to bring the parish plan process closer to the Local Strategic Partnerships development of the Sustainable Community Strategy which is effectively a district wide parish plan.
